Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL exhorted the newly joined Management Trainees (MTs) to strictly focus on learning and involve in work with commitment to rise to the higher levels. Sri Madhusudan made this observation while inaugurating the Induction & Orientation Programme of the newly recruited MTs (132) of April 2016 batch in Ukkunagaram today. He congratulated them for choosing RINL for their career.
Speaking on the occasion, Sri Madhusudan briefed them about the steel scenario in the country and in particular the growth story of RINL and its ambitious expansion programme. He observed that the competency levels in RINL are very high and he asked them to demonstrate skill and work with dedication and discipline. Working in RINL added value to their career he said, and predicted a very bright future for them. He stressed the need to adopt strict adherence to safety consciousness and standards while working, since VSP is a process industry.
With the introduction of various initiatives by both the Central and State governments, he said the Steel Industry in the country would turn around very soon. Later, Sri Madhusudan interacted with the new MTs.
Sri PC Mohapatra, Director (Projects), Dr GBS Prasad, Director (Personnel), Sri DN Rao, Director (Operations), Sri TVS Krishna Kumar, Director (Finance) and Sri P Raychaudhury, Director (Commercial) in their message shared the history and success story of RINL and mentioned that working in an integrated steel plant gives lot of knowledge in all areas of operations.
Executive Directors, GMs, Senior officers of RINL were present on the occasion.
