A Tripartite Settlement signed between VSP Management and Recognized Union in the presence of RLC (Central) on 06.10.2016 for Payment of Ex Gratia/Bonus to non executive employees and non-executive trainees for an amount of Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 8,000 respectively. Dr. GBS Prasad, Director (Personnel) RINL and Sri SK Mishra, RLC (Central) chaired the occasion.Sri Debasish Ray, ED(P&IR), Sri RP Srivastava, ED(CS), Sri KV Ramana Rao, ED(W) I/c, Sri V Narayanan, GM(MS) Sri T Sunder, GM(HR), Sri J Srinivasa Rao, a GM(F&A) and DGM(HR)-IR Sri K Sanjeeva Rao signed from Management and Sri D Sampoornam, Sri BMK Naik, Sri MN Reddy, Sri Marisa Ramachandra Rao, Sri Neerukonda Ramachandra Rao, Sri Mantri Murthy, Sri GV Subbayah and other representatives from Recognized Union signed on the Memorandum of Settlement in the presence of RLC(Central) Sri SK Mishra. The Ex Gratia/Bonus amounts will be credited to the bank accounts of non-executive employees by 7th October, 2016.
