Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL led a team of Directors, union leaders etc in launching the revival of greenery at Vizag Steel today. Sri P Madhusudan planted saplings to replace the uprooted trees due to the Hudhud cyclone in VSP main approach road as part of revival plan of greenery in and around the plant and township premises.Speaking on the occasion, Sri Madhusudan said that around 2 million trees were damaged/ uprooted in the township and plant due to the recent cyclone there by taking away the green cover of the plant. “We are bringing external horticultural experts to revive the damaged trees in order to bring back its past green glory in a planned manner” Sri Madhusudan observed. The entire RINL team is committed towards this endeavour, he added. 
Sri TK Chand, Director (Commercial), Sri PC Mohapatra, Director (Projects), Dr GBS Prasad, Director (Personnel), Sri DN Rao, Director (Operations), Sri TVS Krishna Kumar, Director (Finance), Sri B Siddhartha Kumar, IFS, CVO participated and planted saplings on the occasion.
Senior officers of RINL, union leaders Sri D Adinarayana, Sri Mantri Rajsekhar, Steel Executive Association President Sri Madhav Rao, SEA Secreatry, M Srinivasa Rao, WIPS coordinator Smt V Padmavathi, representatives of SC&ST association etc also planted saplings to mark the occasion.
