RINL, the Corporate entity of Vizag Steel Plant is organizing a 2-Day workshop (9th & 10th July) on “Leadership and Team Building”  exclusively for its Senior Management  comprising of Executive Directors and General Managers. The program is being facilitated by a renowned Prof Dr TV Rao, M/s. TVR Learning Systems, Bengaluru and Former Professor of IIM-Ahmedabad. The program is primarily aimed at to know one’s own self and to change his style for further battlement with the help of 360 degree Feed Back Mechanism. Sri P Raychaudhury, CMD, RINL, Sri PC Mohapatra, Director (Projects), Sri KC Das, Director (Personnel), Sri VV Venugopala Rao, Director (Finance) and Sri PK Rath, Director (Operations) were present. While inaugurating the workshop, Sri Raychaudhury  stressed upon the strategic importance of astute leadership to embrace the continual changes in business environment and the significance of team building and hoped that the participants will certainly enrich their leadership qualities.  Sri Das, Director (Personnel) in his welcome address outlined the importance of this workshop exclusively meant for Sr Management people of RINL and the benefits participants will get from this workshop which in turn, facilitate the organization to function in a much effective manner. The Resource person Prof. T.V. Rao outlined the detailed programs and insight of the workshop, and the various takeaways, the participants will get after these 2 (two) days workshop.
