Dr. GBS Prasad, Director (Personnel) RINL, VSP, released the "Annual Training Calendar 2015-16" in the Conference Hall of Technical Training Institute (TTI). Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Prasad emphasised that training department should achieve beyond targets and excel in its activities by adopting innovative methods and techniques. He said that the trainee and trainer should work effectively for achieving the organisational goals and observed that Training department with its work force should focus on e-learning modules and also enter into MOUs with prestigious institutions. He also released the Course Objectives and Course Contents booklet for 2015-16 and appreciated the achievements of training department.
Sri SS Kumar, ED(Works) I/C released the Training Seat Allotment booklet for the year 2015- 16. While addressing the gathering, he emphasised that training should be a passion and works department always supports the training of its employees for better performance.
Sri OR Ramani, GM (Maint) I/c , Sri T Sunder, GM (HR) Non-Works spoke on the occasion.
Sri BBR Vardhanam, HoD Training, welcomed the gathering. He highlighted the achievements of training department for the year 2014-15 and thrust areas for the forthcoming year.
