RINMOIL Ferro Alloys Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) and MOIL Limited with share holding pattern of 50:50. The Company RINMOIL has been incorporated on 29th July,2009 to set up Ferro Alloys plant at Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC) Growth Centre, Bobbilli, Vizianagaram district in the state of Andhra Pradesh (110 Kms. away from Visakhapatnam).
ABOUT SHARE HOLDERS
RINL: Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited is the largest steel Company in the state of Andhra Pradesh under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. RINL produces over 7.3 million tonnes of quality steel long products like tor steel, bar, rods, angles, channel, beams etc. which are being used by common people for construction of building and also widely used for infrastructure.
MOIL: Manganese Ore (India) Limited Company under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India is the largest producer of manganese ore in the country. MOIL meets more than 50% of the total requirement of manganese ore of the country. It also produces Ferro Manganese of 10,000 Tonne Per Annum and Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide of 1000 Tonne Per Annum as value addition.
OBJECTIVE
RINMOIL has been incorporated with an objective to synergise the resources (inclusive of technical expertise, skilled manpower and available infrastructures) of RINL and MOIL with a view to meet the uninterrupted requirement of Ferro Alloys, which is essentially required for quality steel production by RINL.
