Important Points to follow while accessing Webmail: 1. Always use latest version of web browser (Internet Explorer 11 or Mozilla Firefox 35 and above version). 2. Use your mail id (Not employee number) and password for web mail Login purpose. 3. Process to change the email password : Help Document 4. Observe your mail account Inbox space consumption at left, bottom corner of webmail after login. If space consumption reaches 100%, no mails will be delivered to your mail inbox.
