Sri TVS Krishna Kumar, Director (Finance) RINL inaugurated the “Automatic Way Bills Generation System” at Balacheruvu Gate in VSP today.
The new system enables generation of E bills by aligning the invoice data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of RINL with the AP Commercial Tax Web Portal and creates the way bill with out manual feeding. This system is the first of its kind to be developed on ERP platform.
Sri Krishna Kumar congratulated the ERP Department of RINL and Commercial Taxes Department of AP government for developing the new system to enhance transparency in its business. Later, Sri TVS Krishna Kumar handed over the E –generated way bill to the customers in the present of senior officials.
Dr SN Rao, GM (Marketing), Sri KVSSC Rao, GM(IT), Sri J Srinivasa Rao, GM(Finance), Sri VSR Prasada Murty, DGM(ERP), Sri V Chandrasekhar, DGM(Finance), Sri SV Rambabu, DGM(Finance) and officers from Marketing, Finance were present on the occasion.
