Sri P Raychaudhury, CMD, RINL  chaired the meeting of Town Official Language Implementation Committee -TOLIC (Undertakings), Visakhapatnam on July 25th  in Ukkunagaram.  Representatives from 35 Undertakings participated in the meeting.   The performance related to the implementation of Official Language of each member office was reviewed. Sri Raychaudhury presented the  ‘Rajbhasha Gourav Samman’  award to  RINL, LIC Divisional Office, HPCL – Visakha Refinery in category-1. HPCL – Visakha Regional Office, FCI District Office, NMDC Regional Office in category-2 were given 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes respectively.  Sri Raychaudhury exhorted the members to ensure effective usage of e-Tools in the offices for effective implementation of official language. Sri KC Das,    Director (Personnel), RINL and Vice-Chairman, TOLIC (Undertaking) while reviewing the performance of each member offices with regard to the achievements in the area of usage of Hindi, made an appeal to all HODs to focus on given targets by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Hindi Officers/Coordinators were also awarded with ‘Nagar Rajbhasha Samman’ on the occasion. The 1st issue of TOLIC (Undertaking) Magazine viz. ‘Visakha Dhara’ was released by  Sri Raychaudhury to mark the occasion. Sri Tek Chand, Dy. Director (Implementation) TOLIC (Undertaking) and representative of Rajbhasha Vibhag were present on the occasion. Sri Raju Isaac, GM (HR), RINL and Heads of Undertakings participated in the meeting.  Sri Lalan Kumar, Member Secretary & DGM (Rajbhasha) coordinated the meeting and highlighted the activities and achievements of RINL.
