RINL unions vow for safe guard the company at May Day celebrations

Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL complimented all the employees on the occasion of May Day Celebrations in Ukkunagaram. He recalled the turnaround of the company where in the entire VSP collective had contributed with their competency and efficiency levels. He reminded all the employees and the unions that the time has come again to put in their best as RINL is on the verge of augmenting it’s expansion production capacity and with the expected improvement in market conditions, RINL need to clock an impressive performance this year.  

Speaking on the occasion, Sri Madhusudan said that RINL always took measures for the wellbeing of its work force despite facing severe financial constraints.  He reminded all the unions with regard to RINL Collective strength to overcome any adversity and excel in the performance. He advised all the unions to impress upon the employees to increase their efficiency levels and achieve the set targets by following all the safety standards. Sri Madhusudan felicitated the union leaders for their contribution in maintaining cordial and peaceful industrial relations in the company.

Dr GBS Prasad, Director (Personnel), RINL conveyed his wishes to employees on May Day Celebrations. He congratulated the employees and the unions for their unstinted support, commitment and dedication in enhancing all round performance. He observed that RINL management is always in the forefront to implement “employee oriented” measures and it is heartening to note that the contribution of employees in Company’s growth was acknowledged by the GOI and by the entire Steel Industry in many forums.

Sri Mantri Rajsekhar, General Secretary of the recognized union (INTUC), Sri D Adinarayana (AITUC), Sri N Rama Rao (CITU), Sri P Satyanarayana (SEA), Sri B Jagjeevan Ram (SC&CT Assn), Smt Sheeba Rani (WIPS) in their speech conveyed their total support to the management in taking the company to achieve the excellence. They expressed that RINL is always known for better industrial relations plant in the country and urged all the employees to work with utmost safety, commitment and dedication.
