RINL, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant achieved yet another recognition by bagging the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) Rajbhasha Shield, First Prize for the year 2015-16 under PSU Categories for effective implementation of Official Language Hindi in the organization.
The award was received by Sri RP Srivatsava, ED (Corporate Services) RINL from Smt. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Chairperson, TOLIC Visakhapatnam and DRM, East Coast Railway.
Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL congratulated the entire collective for bringing laurels to the company and mentioned that it shows the determination of the employees in implementing the official language.
Sri T Sunder, GM(HR), Sri Lalan Kumar, HOD, Hindi section and others were present on the occasion.
It is worth mentioning that RINL was also the proud recipient of coveted Indira Gandhi Rajbhasha Shield, 9 times (Seven times consecutively during 2009-2014) and Ispat Rajbhasha shield for 6 times awarded by Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India respectively.
