RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has bagged the prestigious “Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) Performance Excellence Award 2015” under “Organization category”.
Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL received the award during the 20th CEOs Conference held at Nagpur today.
On this occasion, Sri Madhusudan was bestowed with coveted “IIIE Performance Excellence Award 2015” under Individual category for his outstanding leadership abilities in taking RINL towards excellence.
It is noteworthy to mention that Vizag Steel bagged the award for the third time for outstanding contribution made towards Excellence.
This award was presented to RINL at National level among various organizations, based on Financial Performance, Productivity Improvement, Innovations and R&D, Work Culture & Work Force, Customer Focus and CSR & Sustainability Impact.
The award was instituted by Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering(IIIE) .
