Sri P Madhusudan, CMD,RINL-VSP said that RINL is known for operational efficiency and its competency levels being very high among the employees and that they have established high standards in technological discipline. He made this observation while inaugurating the induction & orientation programme of new Management Trainees (MTs) of February 2018 batch on 19th February,2018.Sri Madhusudan said that PSUs provide excellent opportunities to employees to learn and grow in their career and RINL  always provides good working environment  and he exhorted them to work with discipline, commitment and inculcate the habit of safety consciousness. The new trainees should give importance to punctuality, creativity and teamwork to go up their career ladder, he added. He gave an overview of the Steel Industry in the country and in particular, the growth story of RINL. He congratulated them on their decision to opt for employment in RINL and he foresaw a bright future for them in VSP. Sri PC Mohapatra, Director (Projects), Sri KC Das, Director (Personnel), Sri VV Venugopal Rao, Director (Finance), Sri PK Rath, Director (Operations) in their speeches said that RINL believes in gender equality and social empowerment and congratulated them on joining the RINL fraternity. Earlier, Sri BBR Vardhanam, DGM(Training) I/C in his welcome address mentioned that RINL has recruited 251 Management Trainees from various disciplines through online test on all India basis.
