Sri PK Rath, CMD,RINL-VSP  inaugurated the newly joined Management Trainees (MTs) Induction Training Programme (2019-20) today.  While congratulating the MTs for choosing RINL, Sri Rath said that Steel Industry is a back bone of the Indian economy and is playing a vital role in the nation‘s development. He called up on them to exhibit leadership qualities by working in shop floors with team work and dedication. He said that safety aspects should be given top priority while working in the plant and advised them to inculcate safe work culture. He mentioned that RINL has adopted several technological advancements in its operations and exhorted them to learn the processes of a steel plant and abreast with knowledge. Sri KC Das, Director (Personnel), Sri VV Venugopal Rao, Director (Finance), Sri DK Mohanty, Director (Commercial), Sri KK Ghosh, Director (Projects), Sri AK Saxena, Director (Operations) in their address mentioned that the new MTs should share their ideas, bring innovations using the technologies for enhancing the productivity. They assured them a bright future in RINL. EDs, GMS and senior officers were present on the occasion. Earlier, Sri A Boobathy, GM (Training) welcomed the gathering. Sri Ch V Somayajulu, DGM(Training) proposed vote of thanks. A total 147 MTs joined RINL in various disciplines in different batches for the year 2019-20.
